Entrepreneurship and passion. Should you follow your passion when choosing a business idea? Or are money and other considerations more important?

In Napoleon Hill’s book, Think and Grow Rich, passion for what you do and intense focus are noted as very important. Most successful entrepreneurs have passion for what they do. That passion helps them work longer and harder, and ultimately succeed. In this video, I discuss the pros and cons of having passion in business.

On one hand, having passion is great. On the other hand, you must consider a number of other factors and your decision has to have a balance of many things. But entrepreneurs who have more passion, typically have an advantage in that their work does not seem as boring or difficult because they would rather be pursuing their passion than doing anything else.

Passon in business and entrepreneurship makes your work enjoyable.
